  • For table-based sessions, you may undress to your comfort level and will always be professionally draped.

    For Thai Yoga Bodywork, please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for movement and stretching.

    For Energy healing, please wear comfortable clothing.

  • Massage therapy is performed on a table using oils or lotions and focuses on relieving muscle tension through techniques like deep tissue and myofascial work.

    Thai yoga bodywork done fully clothed and uses assisted stretching, compression, and movement to improve flexibility and mobility.

    Massage is more muscle-focused and still, while Thai is more movement-based and interactive.

    If you’re unsure, sessions can be tailored or combined based on your needs.

  • Energy healing is a gentle, non-invasive approach that supports relaxation and nervous system balance. It works alongside the body to help ease tension and create a sense of calm.

    Clients often experience deep relaxation, mental clarity, or a sense of emotional release during and after a session.

    It can be received on its own or integrated into a bodywork session.

  • Some clients may experience mild soreness, especially after deeper or targeted work. This is temporary and typically followed by improved mobility and relief.

  • All sessions are by appointment only to ensure each client receives focused, uninterrupted care.

  • This is a therapeutic service with all-inclusive pricing, and gratuities are not accepted.

    The focus is on providing consistent, professional care rather than a tip-based model. Pricing reflects the time, training, and individualized nature of each session, so you can simply focus on your experience without any added pressure.

  • Services are not billed through health insurance. Payment is due at the time of booking.

    If requested, a receipt can be provided for clients who wish to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Frequency depends on your goals. Clients seeking pain relief or recovery often benefit from more consistent sessions, while others come in for maintenance and stress relief. We can discuss a plan that works best for you.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

    No-shows are non-refundable.

  • Payment is required in advance to reserve your appointment time.

    We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows time to offer the appointment to another client and maintain a consistent schedule.

    Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund, less any processing fees.

    Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled session are are non-refundable.

    No-shows / same-day cancellations: The full session amount is non-refundable.

    We understand emergencies, illness, and unexpected situations can happen. If circumstances arise, please contact the practitioner as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • All sessions are prepaid at the time of booking.

  • Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment. Street parking is available nearby, so please allow a few extra minutes to find a spot.

    Late arrivals will receive the remaining session time and will be charged the full session fee. This helps ensure the schedule remains respectful of all clients.

  • All services provided are therapeutic in nature and are intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief, mobility, and overall well-being.

    Services offered are not a substitute for medical care. Practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical treatment.

    Clients experiencing acute pain, injury, illness, or other medical concerns are advised to consult with a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider.

  • Soul Bridge Healing LLC is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, respectful, and therapeutic environment at all times.

    Any inappropriate, sexually suggestive, aggressive, discriminatory, or illicit behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, and future appointments may be refused.

    We reserves the right to decline or discontinue services that fall outside the professional scope of practice or compromise the safety, integrity, or therapeutic nature of the environment.

  • Clients under the age of 18 must have signed consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to receiving services. A parent or legal guardian must remain present during the session.

    All services are provided in a safe, professional, and therapeutic environment appropriate for all clients.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information, including any medical conditions, injuries, medications, surgeries, or other relevant concerns prior to the session. Providing complete and accurate health information helps the practitioner determine whether services are appropriate and supports the safe and effective planning of treatment sessions.

    Clients experiencing medical conditions, recent injuries, or uncertainty regarding whether services are appropriate are encouraged to consult with their licensed healthcare provider prior to booking.

  • Soul Bridge Healing LLC does not accept or bill health insurance.

    Upon request, a receipt may be provided for clients who wish to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and eligibility vary by provider and plan. Clients are responsible for verifying benefits directly with their insurance provider.

  • Soul Bridge Healing LLC reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue services at any time if treatment is determined to be inappropriate, outside the professional scope of practice, or if the safety, well-being, or professional integrity of the practitioner, client, or therapeutic environment may be compromised.
